As of this date, the project has yet to obtain the required In a series of community meetings in Uniondale, Steven Krieger, a partner at the Engel Burman Group, has stressed the firm’s philosophy of aligning with the communities in which they operate and emphasized the company’s willingness to collaborate with JJBCC to aid in providing a facility for the community’s youth.
In discussions with David Greaves, President of JJBCC, Steven Krieger reiterated his organization’s intention to be a partner in advancing this venture. The developer’s commitment – which stems from an agreement between Nassau University Medical Center and JJBCC – will result in an ongoing collaboration between JJBCC, Engel Burman Group, NUMC, and other potential developers of the A. Holly Patterson properties.
For its part, JJBCC is delighted at the prospect of this working relationship and hopes to attract the attention of other stakeholders in the Long Island area to realize its vision for a state-of-the-art, 45,000 sq. ft.-facility which will include athletics fields and provide space for programs that will cater to the children and families of Uniondale.
