He showed us the way

The late Monsignor Byrne has been to the youth a guiding light. His caring and understanding of their adolescent plight have counted for many growing into adulthood with a sense of hope. The Uniondale Neighborhood center, renamed after him aspires to emulate that spirit.

We are doing a lot of things. But if we could move into a center, we could have a much more expanded program. A community center is a whole different thing.
